Stroll through the many shops in Downtown Rocky River while enjoying many family friendly activities! Carolers, face painting, photos with Santa, ice sculptures, horse drawn carriage rides, and so much more! Check out the many specials and discounts being offered by the Downtown shops. New this year, the “avenue of ice” will provide an opportunity to explore Beachcliff Market Square and the many merchants providing give-a-ways and raffles!

11:15am | Detroit Road Holiday Parade

Santa Claus is coming to Rocky River! With a new and improved holiday parade of merchants, music, and marchers… you don’t want to miss the “big guy” making his first appearance of the season in Downtown River! The parade will begin at the Methodist Church and head east to Old Detroit.

5:00pm- 7:00pm | Tree Lighting & Street Dance

To cap off the evening Santa and his helpers will flip the switch to light up downtown Rocky River! A new tradition will begin this year with the tree lighting relocated to the Old Detroit Shopping area. The festivities will continue through the evening with a family street dance, reindeer games, and live DJ.
