Whether you are just learning to swing a bat or looking to relive your glory days, the Rocky River Recreation Department is the place for you! We’re thrilled to offer year-round programming for all ages and abilities. Our sports & leagues program offerings include on-site, around the City or even regional travel for some levels and abilities- there’s something for everyone! Registration for all programs can be done in person or on our website!
Preschool Sports

Ages 3.5-5 years old
Pee-Wee Tennis Winter Session registration is now open. All classes will be held in the Civic Center Gym.Spring Session 1:

Morning class: 10:00-10:45 AM
Afternoon class: 1:00-1:45 PM

Wednesdays, April 30 – May 28

Recreational baseball leagues for those currently in Grades 7 & 8 or 9-12
• Practices begin week of May 5
• Games begin late May/early June; games on weeknights or Saturdays; Approx. 2
games per week; Games played vs. other RR teams and nearby communities.
• Playoffs begin early/mid-July

2025 fast pitch "Recreation Travel" softball league is a player-pitch league, which emphasizes learning and participation.
Practices begin the week of May 5.
Games begin the week of May 26. Regular season consists of 10-12 games.
-Playoffs begin early-mid July.

*Division is determined by player's age as of May 30, 2025.

Adult Sports

Registration is now open for the 2025 Spring Session of Monday Night Adult Basketball.
The session will run March 31 – May 19 from 8:30 – 10:00 PM in the Rocky River High School Wagar Gym.
Program will not meet on April 21st
April 7 program will meet 9:00-10:30 PM.
